Lora DiCarlo is seeking an experienced and capable Ecommerce Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This permanent position is full-time and located in Bend, OR.
In this position, you will work to optimize the performance of our global ecommerce website and customer base. We are expanding from a single language/currency website to a multi-language/multi-currency EU/UK website(s) within the next 3 months. Additional country-specific storefronts and are anticipated by the end of 2020. The Ecommerce Marketing Manager works under the direction of the Digital Marketing Director.

Oversee UX; Manage design updates and development in support of digital marketing initiatives
Analyze web page performance and optimize based on acquisition, engagement, and retention goals
Utilize A/B and multivariate tests including content, creative, and landing pages and make recommendations
Implement e-commerce marketing tools like promo-codes, online coupons, events, etc.
Make recommendations on optimizations and improvements on backend and frontend functionality
Detect root causes of changes in metrics and effectively communicate these insights to team members
Assembling and analyzing sales forecasts
Maintain product catalog on website
Support SEO strategy and implementation
Ensure adherence to global and local legal and compliance requirements
Lead the team to ensure the creation, communication, and execution of digital project plans, strategies, and tactics
Ability to QA and follow-up on bugs, keeping in mind the business goals, and prioritizing as needed
Collaborate with stakeholders to lead requirements gathering and analysis. Coordinate with various departments on day-to-day operations
Support data analysis efforts through reporting, troubleshooting and implementation of analysis tools
Technical understanding of digital marketing channels (operations and optimization)
Technical understanding of CMS and ecommerce platform management
Data savvy individual who loves pivot tables, advanced formulas, charting and reporting
Assist with managing workflows and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion
Strong work ethic with ability to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
High motivational levels, ability to multitask, prioritize and take ownership
Keep up to date with emerging trends and technologies. Evaluate current processes, identify and implement improvements.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the B2C online marketplace, familiarity with eCommerce order fulfilment process
Experience working with CMS and ecommerce (BigCommerce/Shopify) platforms
Experience working with ESPs (Klaviyo preferred)
Extensive knowledge in industry-standard ecommerce concepts, technologies, development frameworks, tools and 3rd party platforms
Ability to identify potential crisis situations or weak points and troubleshoot technical situations
Ability to adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
